- Discussion of the Harvard Press redevelopment (Part 2, 43:45)
- Discussion of the municipal energy aggregation program (Part 3, beginning)
- Discussion of proposed ordinances, including changes to council meeting ordinance (Part 3, 26:10)
- Discussion of settlement of violations by the management firm of the town environmental center (Part 3, 31:40 in)
